Orientation day  –

Full day experience

  • First contact by email / phone to determine your personal requirements.
  • Collecting you from the airport, station, your hotel or temporary residence and taking you for a coffee to try out the local coffee shops and to give you the chance to ask any general questions whilst running through the plan for the day.
  • Providing a general orientation of the town (culture, commercial centres, sports clubs).
  • Lunch by the lake or in Geneva centre.
  • Taking you around the surrounding residential areas of Geneva to help you get a feel as to where you would like to live.

Half day experience

  • First contact by email / phone to determine your personal requirements.
  • Collecting you from the airport, station, your hotel or temporary residence and taking you for a coffee to try out the local coffee shops and to give you the chance to ask any general questions whilst running through the plan for the morning or afternoon.
  • Providing a general orientation of the town (culture, commercial centres, sports clubs).
 ‘Welcome service’
  • Pick-up from Geneva airport or station with transport to your hotel or temporary accommodation.
  • Information pack along with electrical adaptors.
  • Information on where to find local amenities e.g. pharmacy, food, restaurants, local transport etc.

Departure service

  • Reviewing the lease contract and its terms for terminating the lease contract.
  • Terminating the lease contract.
  • Attending the meeting with you and the agency representing the owners of the property when the property is checked over.
  • Arranging subsequent cleaning of the property (quotes and booking a cleaning company).
  • Terminating contracts linked to the property.
