What geneva has to offer

Geneva is a melting point of many nationalities.  Its size gives it a feeling of intimacy and yet its international role makes it diverse.  Situated by a lake and nestled between mountains, it encourages its residents to appreciate the outdoors and the activities that come with it.

Geneva is rich in culture and in August holds the ‘fêtes de Geneve’ accompanied by a firework display over the lake at the end of the festivities.

At Christmas there is the annual race around the old town where everyone can take part, not to mention the ‘Escalade’ processions in the streets, a time when there is a frenzy of fondue eating along with the smashing and eating of the famous ‘marmite’ chocolate cauldron.

The helpful company is able to share with you information about local customs and traditions ensuring that you feel part of the city and get to fully immerse yourself in its culture.
